Oracle Program Manager 1-ProdDev in ZURICH, Switzerland

Job Description

Program manager for the Oracle Labs intern program, focusing on EMEA, which onboards over 100 interns annually in EMEA. This requires shepherding offers through onboarding, facilitating exit protocol and presentations. The work requires coordinating with Global Mobility and KPMG on visa and related registration issues, coordinating with Oracle procurement as necessary to get equipment, and guiding candidates through the onboarding and acclimation process including travel & expenses for the interns. The intern program maintains a web pages with internship topics and sends out selected topics to partner universities globally.

Candidate should have experience working with visa & immigration issues, HR, and procurement. Experience with interacting with universities around logistics & student outreach is also very important. 3+ years experience with Oracle internal processes including expenses, procurement, Fusion HR and Oracle Real Estate & Facilities is extremely desirable.

Responsibilities

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
